Do they deliver on Saturdays? 

For such a big company, one could wonder, do they work on Saturdays or weekends? And the answer is a simple yes, they do. They deliver Saturdays and Sundays. Both days of the weekend. They state on their website that they are the only major carrier that offers pickup on Saturdays. And, also, they are the only major carrier that offers Saturday delivery to your business. So, in a nutshell, yes, they do.

How to do it?

How to get your Saturday pickup? It is a four-step guide stated on their webpage. 

First, you have to log into your account.  Then, go to the Accounts and Payments section, which is on the top-right corner clicking on the circle of your first initial.  Then, click on View Account Details. This option is in the three dots in the Actions column. And finally, expand the Pickup Options bar. Choose when you will like your driver to come. Remember, you need to have a weekday pickup, in order to request a Saturday pickup too.  

What is the latest I can get a delivery?

Usually, you won’t get deliveries past 8 pm. That is not so late.

For such a big company, it must pollute a lot, you might think. Well, no. They are making serious efforts to reduce their carbon footprint by buying hybrid cars and also, cars with alternative fuels. They are doing their part for this world to go on as we know it.

And they have been all over the world for a while. for example, they arrived in México in 1991 and Brazil in 1989. Only in Brazil, they have 80 vehicles and over 530 employees. But in México, a smaller country, they have 685 vehicles, including 4 hybrids, and 2045 employees. Even in places like Puerto Rico, for instance, they have 160 vehicles and 435 employees. And in Puerto Rico, they arrived in 1985. 

As far as Europe is concerned, they got there in 1976, and as of today, they have a force of 48,000 employees that deliver to 56 countries in Europe with more than 300 flights every day.

As you can see, they drive economies forward everywhere.

The weekend is sacred, and it has been for ages. Saturday is special for the jews and Sunday for the Christians. So, it is a big effort from this companies to do deliver on these days.
